Refund policy

At The Strand by Salon Space, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the hygienic nature of human hair extensions, all sales are considered final unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or the incorrect item is shipped.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unopened, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packaging with all security ties and tags intact.
Any hair that has been removed from its packaging, brushed, colored, installed, cut, or chemically treated is not eligible for return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Exchanges

We gladly exchange unopened products for another length, texture, or color, subject to inventory availability.
